PASADENA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Guidance Software, Inc. (NAS: GUID) today announced the Company will report financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2012 on Thursday, November 1, 2012, after market close. A conference is scheduled for 2:00 pm PT/5:00 PM ET.
