Teradyne Seminars Help Customers Solve Toughest Chip Test Challenges

NORTH READING, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Semiconductor devices improve all aspects of modern life but their complexity and the relentless drive for high quality, low cost and steep production ramps challenge chip test engineers across the globe. To help customers meet these challenges, Teradyne, Inc. (NYS: TER) hosted its fifth annual Device Test Seminar series in December 2012. These technical seminars showcased Teradyne products and strategies to address the testing requirements of the latest device technologies. Seminar topics included using Protocol Aware and Concurrent Test strategies for complex SOC devices and implementing the latest test techniques for LTE Advanced, 802.11 AC, PMIC's, 16Gbps Network Interfaces, and automotive devices with Teradyne's industry-leading solutions. More than 900 participants from over 100 countries attended these seminars held in 11 locations throughout Asia, including China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan.

The Asia Device Test Seminars are just one of Teradyne's annual knowledge sharing events. In addition, Teradyne hosts the Teradyne Users Group (TUG) conference to provide additional opportunities for Teradyne and customers to share the latest test techniques.
