("Mad Catz") (NYSE MKT/TSX: MCZ) announced today it will release its fiscal 2013 third quarter results for the period ended December 31, 2012, on Tuesday, February 5, 2013, after the market closes, and will host a conference call and webcast that same day at 5:00 p.m. ET.
