HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Vanguard Natural Resources, LLC (NYS: VNR) ("Vanguard" or "the Company") today announced it will release its first quarter 2013 financial results after the market closes on Tuesday, April 30, 2013. In conjunction with the release, Vanguard has scheduled a conference call that will be broadcast live over the Internet on Wednesday, May 1, 2013, starting at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (10:00 a.m. Central).
