Birds Eye Voila! Kicks Off Multi-City Food Truck Tour of the United States

PARSIPPANY, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Birds Eye® Voila!®, a portfolio brand of Pinnacle Foods Inc., today announces the kick off of its "Try It, You'll Like It" food truck tour for families to discover delicious Birds Eye Voila! skillet meals and see how easy it is to serve a complete dinner in minutes. The food truck will visit locations in nine major U.S. cities starting today in San Diego, Calif. and concluding in New York City, N.Y. in October. Showing up in unexpected places in each city, the food truck will provide meal preparers with dinner solutions that will please everyone around the table.


"We know that when consumers try Birds Eye Voila! skillet dinners they love the taste, convenience and the fact they're jam packed with vibrant and delicious Birds Eye veggies," says Brandi Unchester, Senior Brand Manager, Birds Eye Voila!. At the food truck, consumers will be invited to try free samples of Birds Eye Voila!'s complete skillet meals made with premium Birds Eye vegetables, including family favorites like Garlic Chicken, Alfredo Chicken and Cheesy Chicken. Those who visit the food truck in their city will also have the opportunity to win prizes and coupons for Birds Eye Voila! meals.

"Every mom wants to serve complete, wholesome dinners for her family, but it doesn't happen as often as she would like," Unchester continues. "On the tour, Birds Eye Voila! will show moms how easy it can be to triumph the dinnertime dilemma with our complete, veggie-rich skillet meals."
