Guidewire Software Announces Date of Third Quarter Fiscal 2013 Financial Results, Conference Call and Webcast

FOSTER CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Guidewire Software, Inc. (NYS: GWRE) , a provider of software products for Property/Casualty (P/C) insurers, today announced that it will release its third quarter fiscal 2013 financial results for the period ended April 30, 2013 after market close on Tuesday, May 28, 2013. On that day, management will hold a conference call and webcast at 2:00 p.m. PT (5:00 p.m. ET) to review and discuss the Company's results for the third quarter. A recorded version of this webcast will be available two hours after the call and accessible at http://ir.guidewire.com.

The webcast will be archived on Guidewire's website for a period of three months.
