RESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- MAXIMUS (NYS: MMS) , a leading provider of government services worldwide, announced that Bruce Caswell, President and General Manager of Health Services, will be a featured panelist at a Brookings Institution forum on the organizational challenges of implementing the Affordable Care Act.

The event, hosted by the Management and Leadership Initiative at Brookings, will bring together a panel of experts to discuss the organizational challenges of implementing the Affordable Care Act including building the state exchanges and, for selected states, expanding Medicaid. Elaine Kamarck, Director, Management and Leadership Initiative, Senior Fellow, Governance Studies at the Brookings Institution will moderate the forum. Mr. Caswell will be joined on the panel by Henry Aaron, Senior Fellow, Economic Studies, the Bruce and Virginia MacLaury Chair from the Brookings Institution; Joshua Sharfstein, Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene for the State of Maryland; and Sheila Burke, Adjunct Lecturer in Public Policy, Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
