Join a Twitter chat With the Cast of 'Red Band Society'

AOL is hosting a Twitter chat with the cast of Fox's new show "Red Band Society" and we'll be getting all of your burning questions answered ahead of the show's fall premiere.

"Red Band Society," which debuts on September 17, has some serious star power with Academy Award winner Octavia Spencer and veteran thesp Dave Annable leading the entirely teenage cast.

It's been touted as "The Breakfast Club" meets "Glee" and tells the tale of an unlikely group of teenagers who become friends after being diagnosed with life-threatening illnesses that landed them in the children's ward of a hospital.

Based on the trailer alone, it looks like viewers are in for a rollercoaster of emotions with this dramedy, which weaves between heartbreaking and uplifting scenes as the kids try and cope with the deck they've been dealt.
