Police Release Bizarre Composites In Hope Of Catching Suspects

We're all familiar with police sketches used by authorities to nab suspected criminals, but some law enforcement officials are now relying on digital composites.

Something tells us two recently released composites will definitely end in arrests ... if the suspects actually look like their incredibly odd composites. After all, these aren't faces anyone could easily forget.

The young Art Garfunkel look-alike may appear laughable in this digital composite, but his alleged offense is not. He's wanted for harassing an eleven year boy in Gloucestershire, England. According to local papers, he targeted the boy and harassed him.

The Gloucestershire police are asking anyone with information about the true identity of the Sims character to contact them through their website.

Additionally, Virginia police are looking for a man who appears to have had his face disassembled and then poorly reassembled. His crime is just as grotesque as his composite. Newport News police say the alleged suspect, a 300-lb. man with rotted teeth, sexually assaulted a 17-year-old girl behind a shopping center.

They're asking anyone with information to call 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.

Hopefully these composite images are more accurate than the police sketch from Lamar County Sheriff's Department in Texas that went viral earlier this year. Still, it ended in an arrest, so maybe accuracy isn't so important.
