Alec Baldwin's stalker is out of prison, and she's already back at it.

According to the New York Post's Page Six, just a day after Genevieve Sabourin was released from Rikers Island for stalking the 56-year-old actor, police spotted the 42-year-old stalker in front of his home. Despite violating her order of protection Friday, she was not arrested.

Last year a Manhattan criminal court found Sabourin guilty of harassment, aggravated harassment, stalking, and criminal contempt.

Baldwin and his wife Hilaria enjoyed seven months of peace while the Canadian aspiring actress served her time in prison, but that peace has apparently come to an end.

New York Post reporters approached Baldwin on Saturday, but he refused to comment. Instead, asking the reporter to step away.
