'Shark Tank' star and entrepreneur Mark Cuban has gone a long way from his first job as a bartender.

The billionaire is way more than a TV personality, with an incredible portfolio of investments and successful achievements such as the ownership of the NBA's Dallas Mavericks and Magnolia Pictures

Here are some things you might not know about him:

1) In 2007 Cuban was a contestant in the television show 'Dancing with the Stars'



2) In 1999 he made it into the Guinness Book of Records for the largest single e-commerce transaction: a Gulfstream V private jet for $40 million. Mark could afford it because in the same year he sold his company Broadcast.com for $5.7 billion, netting about $2 billion in the process.



3) Cuban spent a day working behind the counter of a local Dairy Queen to make up for a comment he made involving the company.



4) He started his first business at age 12, selling plastic trash bags door to door so that he could make enough money to buy the shoes he wanted.


5) He was born on July 31, 1958. Happy birthday!!!!
