Probably her most iconic role to date, Diaz, Ben Stiller and Matt Dillon were absolutely hilarious in the film.

Although you didn't see her, Cameron Diaz playing Fiona is brilliant. The movie went on to spawn multiple sequels and was a creative spin on your classic fairytale.
