Nick Jonas has already proven that his Jonas Brothers days are behind him, and his new video for "Levels" continues to do just that. Surrounded several scantily clad women -- and getting awfully close with some -- the 22-year-old singer created a video that establishes where he is as a solo artist in a sexy, yet sophisticated way.

The video is set in a concrete warehouse with barrels, tires, and elevators (fitting to the song's title), where Jonas shows off subtle dance moves as he sings the catchy tune. Jonas told MTV News he thinks the industrial video is going to be one of his strongest.

"It continues to set me up as a solo artist," he said. "It gives me a better idea of the looks I'm trying to go for. I want people to think when they watch my videos and music."

Jonas, who performed "Levels" on the MTV Video Music Awards pre-show Sunday (Aug. 30), added that the song "cuts a new path" for him musically. The song is the first from his forthcoming sophomore album, which is still in the works.
