Hayden Panettiere steps out for the first time since treatment

Hayden Panettiere made her first public appearance Saturday since receiving treatment for postpartum depression.

The new mom, 26, stepped out to support her fiancé Wladimir Klitschko as he fought to defend his heavyweight boxing title in Germany.

The "Nashville" actress sat ringside in a striped sweater, plaid skirt and tan fedora -- and she also sported a smile.

Panettiere has been open about her struggle since giving birth to her daughter Kaya last December. She described the condition as "really scary" and entered a treatment facility in October.
