Kylie Jenner shows off hidden tattoo in scantily clad photoshoot
Kylie Jenner sure knows how to get people talking!
The 18-year-old social media maven posted a series of black and white photos on Instagram Sunday clad in just a black leotard and sweater. On display in the photo is her "sanity" tattoo that she debuted late last year.

The tattoo, which Jenner flaunted last November in another sexy shot, seems to phonetically spell out the word "Sanity" on her right hip.
The photo appears to be part of a photoshoot that Jenner shot with photographer Sasha Samsonova, as the first photo she posted had a caption that simply mentioned Samsonova's Instagram handle.
