Ben Stiller wanted Laura Bush to be in an orgy scene in 'Zoolander 2'

Zoolander 2 is so chock-full of celebrity cameos, it's hard to imagine many people said no to the opportunity to be a part of the highly anticipated sequel. But there's one political celebrity you won't see hobnobbing with Zoolander and Hansel: Laura Bush.

Star-director-writer-producer Ben Stiller revealed on Tuesday's Today that he wanted the former First Lady to be part of an orgy scene involving Owen Wilson's Hansel and numerous famous lovers.

"There is a group of people that Hansel, Owen's character, is having a relationship with -- a group of people -- and I was going to ask her to be a member of that group," Stiller said, explaining the situation in a more morning-show-friendly way.

While that appearance surely would have gotten people talking, Stiller says Bush turned him down before he revealed the risque way in which he wanted her to be involved.

"Actually, I just asked her if she would be interested; she politely declined, and then I was so glad I didn't have to ask her to be a part of this group of people Hansel's having a relationship with," he said.

After Today co-host Matt Lauer clarified that Stiller wanted her to be part of an orgy scene, Stiller added, "When the reality...came out of my mouth I realized I was insane."
