Michael Strahan didn't get a break!

On Tuesday, the 45-year-old TV personality made his first appearance on "Good Morning America" since leaving the daytime talk show,"Live! With Kelly & Michael" and jumped right back in with interviews with new mom and model Chrissy Teigen and "Shark Tank" star Robert Herjavec.

The former NFL player only had a few days off, leaving "Live!" on Friday, but he seemed to be in high spirits at his new gig. Strahan definitely seemed right at home and was spotted hanging out on the "GMA" plaza at Times Square talking to fans and he completed his interview with Teigen with ease.

The duo chatted about baby Luna, how Teigen and her husband, John Legend are handling parenthood, and her new book "Cravings."

"I don't even want to say because everyone already thinks John is so perfect, so I love to kind of twist it and make sure people know that nobody is perfect but I have to say he's been great," Teigen shared when how Legend is dealing with parenthood.

Teigen also dished on the way other moms bashed her after she and Legend went out to dinner less than two weeks after giving birth. "I know it was about 9-10 days after or something and we needed a break. We needed to go enjoy each other's company and be out," she explained to Strahan. "I used to read mommy blogs like crazy so I knew mom-bashing was a thing, but I didn't think it would come from going to dinner—that isn't something that I thought would happen."

"We went out for an hour, we had a good meal together. I think happy mommy, happy daddy, happy baby."

Strahan will take on a full-time position on the morning show until September.
