If you’ve already been in full-on summer mode since Memorial Day, you’re not alone. Still, the official start to the season doesn’t happen until the summer solstice.

Warm, sunny days are certainly something to celebrate, and many restaurants are rolling out freebies and deals to help you kick off the season in style. Here are a few to get you started!

Buffalo Wild Wings

To celebrate the summer solstice, Buffalo Wild Wings is offering customers buy one, get one free boneless wings.

Casey’s

Casey’s customers who buy a large specialty pizza on June 20 will get cheesy breadsticks for $3 using the code STICKS.

Dave & Buster’s

To celebrate the start of summer, Dave & Buster’s is running a $5 happy hour deal all day and offering 50% off food for new and existing loyalty members.

Freebirds World Burrito

Freebirds World Burrito rewards members can take advantage of the following deals to kick off summer:

  • June 19: Free regular chips and dip when you spend $15.

  • June 20: Buy two entrées, get one free.

  • June 21: Free queso when you buy an entrée.

  • June 22: Buy one, get one free on any entrée.

  • June 23: Free regular chips and dip when you buy a Claims to Fame entrée.

Ready to cool down as summer starts to heat up? On June 20, Instacart is giving customers 50% off a purchase of at least $10 of ice cream and popsicles (maximum $10 discount) at select retailers on the platform.

Krispy Kreme

Randomly selected guests will get a free original glazed dozen doughnuts at Krispy Kreme on June 20.

Wayback Burgers is running its annual “Free Shake Day” on June 20. All customers can enjoy a free 12-ounce vanilla milkshake, with no purchase necessary. The offer is valid in-restaurant at participating locations and is limited to one per guest. It can’t be combined with other offers.

Whataburger

Between 6 a.m. — 6 p.m. on June 20, Whataburger is giving away a free 16-ounce iced coffee to all customers. It can even be customized with one of the chain’s three new flavors: vanilla, caramel or mocha. The offer is available in-store, at the drive-tru, online or in the app.

White Castle

White Castle customers who buy a small shake can get another one free after 8 p.m. between June 20 — 23.
