2024 NBA Draft live updates: Who will Memphis Grizzlies take with No. 9 pick?

The NBA Draft is finally here.

It's been a longer-than-usual wait for the Memphis Grizzlies, who were eliminated from playoff contention well before the regular season ended in April. It was a season that began with high expectations but was completely derailed by injuries. The Grizzlies finished 27-55, 13th in the Western Conference.

The silver lining is a high draft pick to potentially change the future of the team. Memphis fell in the draft lottery but still ended up with the No. 9 overall pick, and there are plenty of intriguing possibilities.
