Ohio’s popular U-Pick farm: Lynd Farms

If you’ve apple-picked in Ohio before, especially in the central region of the state, you’ve likely paid a visit to Lynd Fruit Farm in Pataskala.

During the apple harvesting season, the Lynd Fruit Farm bustles with families, groups of friends, and even solo apple pickers, according to the State of Ohio website.

Lynd’s orchard has more than 50 apple varieties. The farm allows and even encourages visitors to eat the apples as they are being picked.

Not only does Lynd have apple picking, but they also have a large farmer’s market with several items to choose from, including jam, fresh Ohio produce, and cider. Once the air starts getting colder, they will open more fun fall activities, like their famous corn maze and pumpkin picking.
