Friends of CERT meet goal to purchase new trailer

Friends of CERT started a campaign on June 20 to raise $135,000 to purchase a new response trailer. The current trailer needed too many repairs to remain operational.

The group recently announced that the campaign was successful and they have reached their goal. Funds raised include a grant from Outagamie County through its ARP fund, a Festival Foods matching fund, a donation from Thrivent, along with donations from local groups and residents.

Friends of CERT was created to support the needs of the Outagamie County Community Emergency Response Team.
