Autumn menus are rolling out in Fond du Lac County. Here's where to find apple, pumpkin and other flavors.

FOND DU LAC – Whether your fall tastes are pumpkin, apple or maple, Fond du Lac has a selection for you.

As September holds on to the last remaining days of summer, local cafes and other shops in Fond du Lac County are rolling out their fall specials.

From specialty lattes and pumpkin bars to ice cream and popcorn, here are a few seasonal items to check out in the area.

CC's Chocolates Café

The September drink specials at CC's Chocolates Cafe, 57 N. Macy St., include the brand-new Banana Nut Muffin latte, flavored with banana, butter pecan and gingerbread. The other flavor of the month is the salted caramel cinnamon roll drink.

CC's Chocolates also has pumpkin bars in rotation in the case, and a pumpkin spice latte seasonal special.

Lavish Coffee

For its first fall season in Fond du Lac, Lavish Coffee, 21 N. Portland St., Suite 2A, can serve up a caramel apple latte, made with apple butter and caramel sauce.

Other flavored syrup options to flavor drinks include brown sugar cinnamon and maple syrup, alongside the regular flavors of caramel, vanilla bean, honey and more.

Wonder

Wonder, 15 N. Main St., now has white pumpkin mochas and pumpkin cream cold brews, as well as spiced maple chai, "Cinna Bun" hot chocolate and caramel apple cider.

A new addition to the play area is a Harvest Market play station, according to the Wonder Facebook page.

Beans & Bites

Beans & Bites, 340 Prospect Ave. in North Fond du Lac, includes pumpkin spice latte, caramel apple latte and pumpkin white mocha among its fall drink specials. There is also a brown sugar maple latte and pumpkin cream cold brew.

Non-coffee specials include apple cider, pumpkin chai and maple chai.

Hometown Nutrition

Hometown Nutrition, 293 W. Scott St., has its September menu out for shakes and their energy-boosting Lit teas.

Some of the Lit teas are themed around back-to-school and the transition to fall, including the Teacher's Pet with dragon fruit, raspberry, cucumber and aloe, as well as the Summer's End with mango, peach, pineapple and aloe. There is also the Purple Ribbon with grape, raspberry and aloe for World Alzheimer's Month.

For shakes, the September flavors are pumpkin brownie, peanut butter waffle and caramel apple pie.

Kelley Country Creamery

The September ice cream flavor of the month at Kelley Country Creamery, W5215 County Road B, is Caramel Apple Snicker Salad: tart green apple-flavored ice cream with caramel and frosting swirls and Snickers. The cookie sandwich of the month is the salted caramel chocolate chunk cookie filled with salted caramel ice cream.

Fall ice cream flavors have started to enter the rotation in the front dipping cabinet, and two of them will be available at a time for cones and dishes. These could include Bourbon Apple Crisp, Caramel Apple Cheesecake, Caramel Apple Pie, Country Bumpkin Pumpkin, Cranberry Walnut, P-Nutty Caramel Apple, Pecan Roll, Pumpkin Bar, Pumpkin Caramel Delight, Pumpkin Chip, Pumpkin Pecan, Pumpkin Pie and Pumpkin Praline.

Pumpkin bars will also be available every Friday while supplies last.

Faris Gourmet Popcorn

Faris Gourmet Popcorn, 770 W. Scott St., has rolled out its fall blends for the season, including apple cider, caramel apple, pumpkin pie and pumpkin spice pecan.

Halloween-themed blends include the black cherry, green apple and grape Monster Munch; the Spooky Kettle Corn with orange and black sprinkles; and the Witch's Brew, blending black cherry candied popcorn, orange candied popcorn and lightly-salted gourmet white popcorn.

Blue Door Coffee Co.

The September menu at Blue Door Coffee Co., 116 E. Main St. in Campbellsport, includes a spiced maple latte with cinnamon-infused espresso, as well as an apple pie cold brew with spiced brown sugar-flavored cold brew topped with apple-flavored cold foam.

A mocha nut shaken espresso and dirty chai are also available.

Village Grounds

Village Grounds, 100 S. Main St. in Rosendale, offers homemade pumpkin spice syrup in its pumpkin spice latte and pumpkin cream cold brew, as well as in any of its customizable drinks.

Other fall specials include the return of the Bonfire Mocha and a new cranberry orange iced tea.

Mugs and More

Mugs and More, 307 Watson St. in Ripon, dropped its fall menu Aug. 30 with a pumpkin spice latte, caramel apple latte, maple latte, pumpkin white hot chocolate and spiced apple cider with an option to mix it with chai.

Other drinks include the Monster Mash latte with pumpkin, white chocolate, maple and vanilla, and the Frankenberry latte, flavored with caramel, hazelnut and strawberry.

Wind & Unwined

Autumn drink specials at Wind & Unwined, 310 E. Main St. in Waupun, include the pumpkin spice latte with house-made pumpkin syrup, a salted butterscotch macchiato and a spiced maple oat milk latte.

Another coffee drink is the Campfire Cold Brew, mixing cold brew and chocolate, topped with marshmallow cold foam, cocoa powder and a graham cracker crumble. A non-coffee special is the caramel apple Lotus energy drink.
