People on the internet are cracking up over the totally perfect names one woman calls her cats. The cat mom already hit gold when she named her orange cat Ludacris. But then she decided to get Ludacris a bestie — and chose the best name ever.

The woman did a great job naming her first fur-baby, she calls him Ludacris. Remember the rapper from the 2000s?

Ten out of ten, no notes. But who would've thought she would hit gold again when she decided to get a second cat?

As the cat mom @xena.m explained, when she moved into her new apartment she could tell that her orange cat Ludacris was lonely. So she decided to get him a friend — Kurupt. Yep, another adorable cat named after another iconic rapper.

It wasn't clear if the two were going to get along at first, but pretty soon they got over their differences.

"They didn't even make it 24 hours before becoming best friends," the mom wrote in the text overlay. In fact, Kurupt wouldn't leave Ludacris' side.

"Safe to say Ludacris is no longer lonely," she added.

The comments section was here for these two besties. "It’s a little walk for me to the door with both of them that’s cute," wrote one person. "Kurupt following Ludacris to the door like, 'TWINSIES!! I mean, seriously, how does Mom even tell us apart??'" another commenter joked. "This is the cutest thing I've ever seen," praised another commenter. "You got your pet a pet and now they love each other!' gushed one commenter.

What to Do When Your Cat Is Depressed

Animals have strong feelings just like we do. They may not be able to express it, but cats can feel sad and in extreme cases they can also be depressed.

Common symptoms of depression in cats are lack of appetite, changes in their sleeping pattern, loss of interest in playing, avoiding physical affection, and a decrease in their grooming habits. You'll want to consult a veterinarian first and eliminate the possibility of a health condition, but if the cause isn't medical, consider that your cat might be depressed.

Routines can really be helpful for cats that are feeling depressed. The consistency can be soothing and following their normal schedule can help them feel relaxed.

You also shouldn't underestimate how much good a little love and affection can do. If your cat isn't feeling particularly touchy-feely, try initiating playtime with them. You can also speak with their vet about the best ways to get them to eat — adding both chicken broth and tuna water are excellent ways of adding hydration to their diet.

If nothing seems to pull your cat out of their funk, a visit to the vet might be in the order. It can be scary to know that your cat is depressed, but change will come with time.
