You choose: Which Houma restaurant has the best fries?

There's nearly nothing better than a hot plate of French fries, and the variety of ways chefs serve up these special sides can often make them a meal in themselves.

National French Fry Day is coming up in July, as are the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris. In honor of that, and France's in-name-only tie to this beloved American food, we want you to decide which local restaurant offers the best fries in Houma.

No matter if you like your fries wavy, spicy, sweet potato or covered in truffle oil, we want to know which local restaurants have the best fries in the city.

The poll will be open this week only. Voting ends at 5 p.m. Friday, June 21, and the winner will be announced at a later date.
