Recap: The Clippers managed just five hits off three Red Sox pitchers and were 1 for 9 with runners in scoring position. Worcester scored four runs in the fourth inning to take a 5-0 lead. Niko Kavadas was 3 for 3 with two home runs and three RBIs for the Red Sox. Columbus starter Connor Gillispie (2-7) allowed five runs on four hits in six innings. He struck out seven and walked one.
