Demi Moore is sharing an update on her ex-husband Bruce Willis’ health.

While appearing on The Drew Barrymore Show on Friday, Sept. 13, The Substance star, 61, and Drew Barrymore reminisced about their time working on 2003’s Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle — and the host reminded Moore of Bruce's small role in the film's opening.

"When we did Charlie’s Angels, Bruce came and played on it, and he opens up the film, and we got to work with him,” said Barrymore, 49, as Moore admitted, “I totally forgot about that.”

"I mean, I used to know him when he was a bartender at … Cafe Central," she continued, with Moore yelling the name of the New York City spot at the same time.

“I’ve known him my whole life, too … how is he right now?” Barrymore next asked, before Moore, who was married to the actor from 1987 to 2000, revealed that “given the givens, he is in a stable place.”

She then explained her and her family’s approach to Bruce, 69, since he was diagnosed with aphasia and later frontotemporal dementia (known as FTD).

"What I say to my kids is you meet them where they’re at. You don’t hold on to who they were or what you want them to be, but who they are in this moment," the actress said.

“And from that, there is such beauty and joy and loving and sweetness,” Moore added. “When I’m in L.A., I go over every week, and I really treasure the time that we all share.”

In March 2022, the Willis family shared that the actor was "stepping away" from his decades-long career following his aphasia diagnosis.

Nearly one year later, in February 2023, his wife Emma Heming Willis announced that his condition had worsened to a "more specific diagnosis" of FTD.

Bruce's daughters Rumer Willis, Scout Willis and Tallulah Willis, whom he shares with Moore, and Mabel Willis and Evelyn Willis, whom he shares with Emma, have since shared several updates about his health online and during public appearances.

During her own appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show last November, Tallulah, 30, told host Barrymore that Bruce “is the same, which I think in this regard I’ve learned is the best thing you can ask for.”

“I see love when I’m with him, and it’s my dad and he loves me, which is really special," she added at the time.
