Lady Gaga is officially engaged to Michael Polansky (news that was confirmed on French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal’s TikTok, of all places), and the couple is fully in wedding planning mode!
According to a source, the duo already had an engagement party in California, and now they’re thinking of exchanging vows in Europe. When you ask? Let’s dive in.
“Gaga and Michael are the happiest they’ve ever been. Michael has always known Gaga was the one,” the insider tells Entertainment Tonight. “They had an engagement party at her home in Malibu with their loved ones and everyone is thrilled for them. They are already thinking about wedding plans and talking about possibly having a destination wedding in Europe. They’d love to get married sooner than later and both want to start a family.”
FYI, Gaga was seen wearing an engagement ring all the way back in April, but apparently, she and Michael actually made it official official before her 38th birthday in March.
“The couple shared the happy news with family and close friends right away but wanted to keep the engagement private otherwise,” a source told People re: the timeline. “Everyone’s excited about them getting married.”
Oh, and the insider *also* noted that Michael is a pretty private guy who doesn’t seek out the spotlight but fully supports Gaga being the center of it: “He can’t stand being in the spotlight but lets her shine. He has his own business priorities that she’s supportive of.”
