Dunkaroos No-Churn Ice Cream Is Childhood Relived

This easy-to-make Dunkaroos-inspired no-churn ice cream will bring you back to the '90s! Ingredients

  • 4 oz.

    cream cheese, softened

  • 2 c.

    heavy cream

  • 2 tsp.

    pure vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp.

    kosher salt

  • 1

    (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1

    (7.5-oz.) box Annie's Birthday Cake Bunny Grahams, coarsely chopped (about 2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. grahams)

  • 1/2 c.

    plus 2 Tbsp. rainbow sprinkles

Directions

  1. In the large bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, on medium-high speed, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add heavy cream, vanilla, and salt and continue to beat until stiff peaks form, about 2 minutes.

  2. Add milk and fold to combine, then add 2 cups bunny grahams and 1/2 cup sprinkles and fold again to combine.

  3. Pour graham mixture into a 9" x 5" loaf pan; fill to the top. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons bunny grahams and 2 tablespoons sprinkles.

  4. Freeze until firm, at least 5 hours or up to overnight.

  5. Make Ahead: Ice cream can be made 1 week ahead. Tightly cover pan with plastic wrap and keep frozen.
