The Irish Wish star wears a glittering black minidress and styled her hair down in loose waves for the occassion. She sweetly places her hand on her spouse's chest as the duo cozy up for a couple's pic.

"Was the best time," Dakota wrote in a comment.

Lindsay turned 38 on July 2, receiving glowing tributes from both Dakota, 28, and Aliana, 30, on Instagram.

"Happy birthday Lin. You’re the most caring and loving person I have ever met. I’m so grateful the universe gave back to you and understood how much you care and give to everyone," Dakota captioned a pair of pics. "I hope you realize how much you mean to everyone and selfishly how much you mean to me and have changed my life. You’ll always be my best friend and inspiration because you’re the strongest person I will have ever met. Love you beyond I can ever tell you through words."

Ali wrote in her post, "Happy birthday to my beautiful sister @lindsaylohan May all the beautiful miracles continue on for you, all your wishes come true. Always and forever, I love you."

Ali also shared a photo of her glam look, featuring a one-shouldered silk gown, for her sister's party.

"A beautiful Day, as always," she gushed.

As for Lindsay, she marked her big day by flashing a big grin while wearing a novelty tiara covered in candles for a selfie.

"Another trip around the sun... grateful for every moment and cherishing every second of everyday and all of the beautiful things life has to offer," she wrote in her caption.

Lindsay added that she is "feeling blessed" and thanked her friends and fans for "all of the lovely birthday wishes."

Among the well-wishers on her post was Dennis Quaid, who famously starred as Lindsay's father in the 1998 family comedy The Parent Trap.

"Happy birthday. I hope you had a wonderful day Lindsay," Quaid, 70, remarked.

Lindsay also shared some of the kind messages she got on her birthday to her Instagram Stories, including tributes from The Parent Trap director Nancy Meyers and her Irish Wish co-star, Ayesha Curry.

Lindsay's big birthday came just a few days after she and Jamie Lee Curtis shared a shot from the set of the upcoming Freaky Friday sequel, giving fans a first look at the long-awaited follow-up film.

Lindsay also offered a few cryptic details about what's in store for her character in the upcoming sequel in an interview with Good Morning America.

"I can't say much, but I am taking guitar lessons, and I do have a daughter in the movie," she revealed. She added that it was "fantastic" to be back on set with Curtis, who has been supportive of her throughout the years.

Later this month, Lindsay and Shammas will celebrate the first birthday of their son, Luai. A rep for the star confirmed the birth of their "beautiful, healthy" son in July of last year. "The family is over-the-moon in love," the spokesperson said.

During an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show in March, Lindsay opened up about a touching moment she experienced while watching The Parent Trap with her baby.

The actress, who rarely watches her own films, explained to host Drew Barrymore that she often finds it uncomfortable to hear her own voice. However, when she returned home from work one day, she found her son watching the 1998 film and was moved to tears.

"I started crying because I'm like, he doesn't even know that's mommy yet," Lindsay shared. "I was like, do I turn it off or do I just, and he was kind of just staring. Because maybe, my voice was still similar to how it was then. So I was like, maybe he knows like a little bit that it's me because it sounds like me. But it was a really magical moment. I took tons of pictures of it."
