Exclusive “Big Brother” clips show Tucker promising to use the Veto on Quinn

They say to expect the unexpected on Big Brother, but if there’s one thing you can expect on season 26, it’s Tucker Des Lauriers winning competitions. And he did it again by conquering the Wall and becoming this week’s Head of Household. But far less predictable is Tucker when it comes to his strategic moves in the game.

That became apparent yet again when Tucker told Quinn Martin — and, more importantly, us — that he did not want to oust the person he’d been targeting all season long. And in the first of two exclusive scenes from tonight’s episode on CBS, we see he is potentially willing to go even further than that.

“What I said still stands,” Tucker tells Quinn in the clip, which can be watched above. “You're the person I want to keep, but I had to let them know that I'm trying to use them. But if this doesn't get out, bro, I will use the f---ing veto on you. I promise you that.”

And Tucker then uses the Diary Room to inform us that his offer is on the level. “Alright, Quinn, if you play by my rules and I win this veto, I just might use it on you,” he tell us. And why would he keep his nemesis in the house? “I think he's a very likely candidate to win HOH next week, and I'm hoping that he remembers this and doesn't try to backdoor me like I think majority of the people in the house would try to do.”

Meanwhile, Quinn is trying to figure out who the real target is if it is not him. “If Tucker is saying that he wants to keep me, then that means I'm not his target,” he tells us in the Diary Room. “And so if it's not me, Cam is a straight shooter, and then Brooklyn is a certified schemer. So I'm willing to bet that he wants to send Brooklyn home this week.”

Pretty astute, Quinn! In the second clip, which can be watched below, we then see Quinn and Brooklyn Rivera trading notes on Tucker’s words… and intentions. After Quinn informs Brooklyn that she is the actual target, she informs him back that Tucker told her and Cam Sullivan-Brown that Quinn was the one on his hit list.

“Someone's got to be the target,” Brooklyn tells us. “Is Tucker lying? Is Quinn lying? I honestly don't know who to trust.” Silly Brooklyn, you can’t trust anyone in the Big Brother house!

However it goes down, Brooklyn ends by telling Quinn “You know what? We're going to do our damnedest kicking and screaming the whole way.” Just the way Big Brother viewers like it.

Check out both exclusive videos above, and then watch how it all goes down on tonight’s episode of Big Brother.
