It should come as no surprise that the Lamborghini Temerario is expensive, but a leaked version of its option sheet shows off the true ridiculousness of supercar pricing.

Lamborghini's configurator for its Huracan successor, the electrified twin-turbo V-8 powered Temerario, is live, but the Bologna-based company has been coy about revealing pricing for the newly born supercar. However, thanks to the kind folks on LamborghiniTalk.com, we can now zoom in on some alleged pricing numbers for the Temerario.

The base model Temerario will start at $357,621, with a destination and delivery charge of $4000 rounding it out to $361,621. To upgrade to the Allegrita trim, aimed at track rats and weight obsessives, prospective buyers should expect to add on at least $45,000 plus an extra $26,200 for the weight shaving and hot-looking carbon fiber wheels. That's a minimum price tag of around $433,000 for the track-focused version, excluding any special paint options.

Color choice is a big selling point for Lamborghini buyers it seems, as the leaked pricing document has four pages dedicated solely to paint options, and some of them are shockingly expensive. While seven "basic" colors come free of charge, the cost of customizing the hue of your Temerario ranges from $9600 up to $16,500, depending on the style of paint and rarity of the color. Specifically, certain matte finishes like Blu Grifo or Verde Turbine are set at $16,500, while bespoke colors cost anywhere from $23,600 to $32,700.

The customization options don't stop there, as Lamborghini offers things like $1900 brake caliper paint upgrades and $4000 carbon fiber mirror caps. Saving the front splitter on your Temerario by opting for the lift system will set you back another $4000 while sinking into a pair of sport seats adds on $8100. Thankfully, the fire extinguisher mounting bracket (exclusively for the Temerario) is a reasonable $800.

Compared to the outgoing Huracan, the base mode Temerario starts around $24,000 above its predecessor. However, analysis of the option sheets between the outgoing and incoming models show similar prices, indicating that the primary reason behind the cost increase for the Temerario is due to its clean-sheet design. Beyond the increased base cost, prospective Temerario buyers in the States should expect to pay a gas guzzler tax, which is typically $2000-4000 for such supercars.
