Your mother warned you there'd be days like these: Friendscelebrates its 30th anniversary on Sept. 22, 2024.

The show — which focused on the dynamics between six friends living in New York City — captured the hearts of millions of viewers and has only grown in popularity since the last episode aired in May of 2004.

Over 10 seasons, fans watched Ross Geller (David Schwimmer), Rachel Green (Jennifer Aniston), Monica Geller (Courteney Cox), Phoebe Buffay (Lisa Kudrow), Chandler Bing (Matthew Perry) and Joey Tribbiani (Matt LeBlanc) navigate their mid-20s through their careers, relationships and the early years of parenthood. Fans of the series have even suggested a reboot following the characters' kids, all grown up, considering Ross had two children (one with Rachel), Monica and Chandler had two and Phoebe served as a surrogate for her brother's three little ones.

Friends creators Marta Kauffman and David Crane and executive producer Kevin Bright spoke about the possibility on the Today show on Sept. 20 and revealed they "get emails about it all the time," even calling it a "great idea."

We went ahead and did the math, looking at where the children of the Friends characters might be today.

Can you believe Ben Geller would be 29?

Cole Sprouse's part as Ben — Ross's son with his first wife, Carol Willick (Jane Sibbett), born at the end of season 1 — was one of the young actor's major breakout roles and the first he did without his twin brother, Dylan. In a 2019 interview with GQ, Cole, now 32 in real life, revealed that since Ben had a small role in the series, it only required one of the actors to be on set.

After Friends ended in May 2004, Cole starred alongside his brother in the Disney Channel hit series The Suite Life of Zack & Cody from 2005 to 2008 and the spin-off show The Suite Life on Deck. He then played a starring role as Jughead Jones in the CW series Riverdale in 2017 through 2023.

Cole is currently dating model Ari Fournier and continues to act.

Next up is Emma Geller, who's now 22.

Twins Noelle and Cali Sheldon played Ross and Rachel's daughter Emma on Friends, born in season 8,when they were just 1 year old. Since then, the pair has continued to act, landing roles in the TV series Life and other short films.

Noelle and Cali both appeared in Jordan Peele's 2019 film Us alongside Elisabeth Moss, Lupita Nyong’o and Winston Duke.

Additionally, the 22-year-olds attended UCLA and graduated from the university together in June 2024.

Phoebe's nieces and nephews would now be 26.

The triplets Phoebe carried and birthed for her brother Frank Jr. (Giovanni Ribisi) and his wife Alice (Debra Jo Rupp) were played briefly in season 4 by real-life quadruplets Cole, Justin, Alexandria and Paul Cimoch.

The siblings — who are now 25 in real life — have mainly kept a low profile since their roles in the sitcom. Alexandria had a viral moment on TikTok after she shared several videos that referenced the quads' work on Friends, and in 2017 she shared a high school graduation photo of the foursome, getting ready to head to college.

And to make you feel old, the surprise twins that Monica and Chandler welcomed by adoption in the final episode of the series in 2004 would now be 20 years old. The pair were the last kids born amongst the Friends,

The actors who portrayed the twins were not credited in the series. However, they would seemingly be partway through their college educations by now.
