Giada De Laurentiis Stuns in a Pink Swimsuit During 'the Most Incredible Trip'

Giada De Laurentiis explored her family’s roots while on a recent vacation.

On Aug. 29, the former Food Network star shared an Instagram post chronicling her week in Ischia, Italy, with photos and videos of her adventures.

“I spent a week in Ischia earlier this summer with my fam & it was the most incredible trip.. soo I put together a guide to share my recs with you all & it’s finally out in the world!” she captioned the post.

In one video, De Laurentiis stuns in a pink swimsuit while she explores the mineral-rich thermal waters with her Aunt Raffy.

“I’m excited to do it. It’s something my grandmother used to do with Raffy when she was little,” the Italian-born chef explained. “It’s very therapeutic. It’s supposed to be amazing for you.”

De Laurentiis visited Negombo Park, which offers several spa experiences centered around water. While wearing a plunging one piece, De Laurentiis enjoyed the attraction herself as she stood in one pool surrounded by rocks with a cascading stream overhead.

With her aunt, she also took the plunge in a smaller pool. “Oh that was deep!” she said as she hopped in it.

“I think I found my little paradise town in Ischia,” said De Laurentiis in another clip, referring to a charming neighborhood. “It’s tiny but it's just a gem.”

Of course, it wouldn’t be an Italian getaway without a plate of pasta. The Giadzy founder, who detailed the whole trip on her lifestyle site, can also be seen slurping a piece of bucatini with red sauce in one photo.

The cookbook author also celebrated her 54th birthday in August. She spent the day surrounded by loved ones, indulged in chocolate cupcakes and had an extra special birthday meal.

“Spent yesterday with my fam and ate the tastiest meal thanks to @shanefarley! Thank you all for the lovely bday messages, my heart is so full❣️🎉😭🫶,” wrote De Laurentiis on Instagram, tagging her boyfriend of almost 10 years.

Her celebrity friends shared their well wishes, including Food Network star Katie Lee Biegel, who wrote, “Happy birthday!!!!”

Katie Couric also commented a sweet message. “Happppppy Birthhhhday dear Giada. ❤️❤️❤️❤️,” she wrote.

In June, De Laurentiis celebrated Farley’s early summer birthday with a tribute post, as well.
