Henry Winkler to visit Del Val for October book signing. How to see The Fonz
Fans of HBO's "Barry" or the cult-classic show "Arrested Development" might want to mark down Oct. 16 in their calendars because The Fonz is coming to Doylestown.
Doylestown & Lahaska Bookshops announced Tuesday that Emmy Award-winning actor, writer, director and producer Henry Winkler will join children's book author Lin Oliver and New York Times bestselling author and illustrator Dan Santant at Delaware Valley University as part of a promotional tour for their new book, "Detective Duck: The Case of the Missing Tadpole."
The event begins at 7 p.m. in the Life Sciences Auditorium at Delaware Valley University, 700 E. Butler Ave., and will feature a presentation, a drawing demonstration by Dan Santat, a Q&A session, and opportunities for book signings and photos with fans, according to the bookstore's Facebook page.
There are two options for tickets at www.doylestownbookshop.com, an $18 ticket for one adult or a $20 ticket good for one adult and one child. Both options include a hardcover copy of the newest book in the series started by Winkler, Oliver and Santat last year.

The series follows a young duck detective and her animal friends as they investigate "mysteries that arise from human-caused disruptions in nature, such as water pollution, refuse, warming climate, and human encroachment," as described on bookshop's website.

While attendees can have their books signed by Winkler, Oliver and Santat in October, the bookshop's website says the three will not be able to sign any other memorabilia, posters or other items.
