Hollyoaks spoilers follow for the latest episode on Channel 4 streaming, which doesn't air until Wednesday on E4.

Hollyoaks' Sienna Blake has learned a major family secret in tonight's (Tuesday, August 20) latest streaming-first episode.

Jeremy Sheffield recently returned to the village as who everyone thought was evil Patrick back from the dead, but it's his twin brother Jeremy. He's convinced everyone he's nice, but he's got plans for revenge, to the point where his own mother Martha drugged him and held him hostage in order to get him to stay away.

In tonight's episode, Jeremy invited Sienna, Liberty and Dilly to the allotment for a 'surprise' to remember a major anniversary.

Over at the nursing home Jeremy has forced Martha into under the lie she has dementia, the grandmother managed to escape, telling the nurse on her way out she was going to stop a triple murder.

Liberty turned up first to the allotment with a present: an azalea representing family. He got visibly emotional, and revealed to her that today is the anniversary of the day he lost his children.

Back at Sienna's, a panicked Martha exclaimed that she needed to stop "your father". Sienna thought she was just being confused, but Martha insisted: "Jeremy is your father and I can prove it!"

Sienna actor Anna Passey recently revealed that she was shocked when she learned about the twist, and teased that there's going to be a lot of mixed emotions for her character going forward.

"On the one hand, she gets to have a father, and he's lovely!" she said.

"But if this was allowed to happen, why did it, and how did she end up with the childhood she had... There would be lots of questions!"

Hollyoaks streams first online via Channel 4 each weekday at 7.30pm. Episodes then air on E4 the following day, before getting their YouTube premiere a week after that.
