Irina Shayk Parties in the Most Romantic (and Completely See-Through) Black Slipdress

Irina Shayk made a sheerly perfect fashion statement while out and about during Milan Fashion Week.
On Wednesday night, the supermodel was photographed walking through the cobblestoned streets of Milan, wearing a gothic, romantic take on the dominating transparent trend. Her see-through slip, made of gauzy pleated black fabric, featured wide black lace trimmings across the shoulder straps, the chest, and the waistline. Underneath, Shayk appeared to wear little else, save a pair of short black briefs and black flats.
She kept the rest of the outfit fairly simple, letting the dress do most of the talking by eschewing a necklace and earrings. Instead, Shayk let her features pop by opting for a vampy dark red lip.
During a conversation for Harper’s Bazaar’s May 2023 cover story, Shayk opened up about how her personal fashion philosophy has evolved since she became a mother. (She shares seven-year-old daughter Lea De Seine with ex-boyfriend Bradley Cooper.)
“Motherhood definitely shined a light on me, [like] ‘Oh, you’re a mother, you’re busy, but you still have time for yourself and you don’t have to change who you are.’ Sometimes I wake up and I feel cute and I think, ‘Oh, should I put these pictures out on social media?’” Shayk reflected. “One voice says, ‘Oh, but people will say, ‘You’re a mother.’’ And I’m like, ‘But what does it mean?’ My example is Emily Ratajkowski. She’s always hot and feminine and all about loving your body. Maybe I’m not so vocal about it, but I’m totally on the same wavelength: You’re a mother, but it doesn’t mean you cannot go outside in a tiny little skirt or put a hot picture up.”
