J.Lo Spotted in Wedding Ring as She and Ben Affleck Spend Anniversary on Opposite Coasts
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck spent their second wedding anniversary apart yesterday (July 16), but don't read toooo much into it because J.Lo is 100 percent still wearing her engagement ring. The This Is Me...Now singer was spotted with her ring on during a bike ride around the Hamptons in pics published by the Daily Mail.
The couple have spent much of the summer apart between J.Lo's vacation in Europe and her recent trip to the Hamptons—where she was joined by Ben's daughter Violet Affleck.
Meanwhile, she and Ben are currently in the midst of selling their mansion in Los Angeles (Ben's been living in a Brentwood rental).
As for the status of their relationship...it's all very TBD. To be clear, neither Ben nor Jen have spoken out about rumors that they're gearing up for divorce, but sources are definitely chatty.
Earlier this month, an insider told the Daily Mail that J.Lo's mom Guadalupe Rodríguez "told her, 'Cut your losses and move on to avoid getting any deeper in this mess.' She told her that she's wasted years believing that Ben was some kind of knight in shining armor. He was not the person she built him up to be. It's taken too much of a toll on her and because of this she has lost sight of who she is and what she stands for."
Meanwhile, the source claimed that J.Lo "feels like Ben does not deserve her and her sisters agree. They want Jennifer to be happy, of course, but they feel their sister is getting so caught up in what it was supposed to be that she isn't seeing it for what it is now. They want her to file for divorce first and get on with her life–focus on her kids and career."
Guess we'll see what happens, but J.Lo wearing her ring on her wedding anniversary seems like a good sign?
