Jason Kelce is looking back fondly on the last time he and his wife Kylie went to Paris — that is, the last time before the 2024 Summer Olympics.

During an appearance on Green Light with Chris Long on Friday, Aug. 9, the retired NFL star, 36, spoke with former NFL defensive end Chris Long and his friend Macon about the couple's recent trip to France to watch field hockey, rugby and more.

“Kylie and I did our honeymoon in Paris and we had not been back since," Kelce revealed, recalling their 2018 wedding and subsequent honeymoon, before revealing that his wife "speaks impeccable French."

"Every time she speaks at the other French people, the Parisians are like complimenting her on her accent or they think we're Canadian," he added. "So I think that that like helps us [not be seen as American]."

"If I was not with Kylie, I guarantee they would f---ing hate me," he joked. "They deal with me because I'm with Kylie."

The couple — who tied the knot in April 2018 at the luxury Logan Hotel in Philadelphia after meeting on the dating app Tinder — attended tons of Olympic events over the past several weeks, making their first appearance on Saturday, July 27, at Team USA’s women's field hockey match against Argentina.

"When we found out that we were going to have an opportunity to go to this, the more we thought about it, we were like, 'Let's take advantage of it now that we can actually do it,' " Jason told the Associated Press after the game. "We love sports, we love competition, we love world events. This is such a unique place where the entire world gets to come together and bond over competition and sports."

Following the pair's visit to the field hockey game (which held special meaning for the couple, as Kylie is a former college player herself), they stopped by Team USA women's rugby's locker room after their winning game against Brazil — where Jason arm wrestled some of the players and was declared the unofficial team mascot.

Even after he returned home from The Games in August, Jason was still being inspired by Parisian fashion, as he wore his now-classic beret during his ESPN debut on NFL Countdown on Thursday, Aug. 1.

"We welcome you to the group, man! I wasn't sure if you'd wear a tie, I did not know you were going to rock the beret fresh off the plane [from] the Olympics..." Scott Van Pelt told Kelce on the special edition of NFL Countdown on Thursday, per a clip shared on X (formerly known as Twitter).

Kelce responded, "I'm still on Paris time, so I [felt] I'd go with the Paris headdress."
