Joanna Gaines Shares Glimpse of Family’s Annual Honey Harvest Tradition in New Video—and It's Super Adorable

Joanna Gaines is at it again, rallying the whole fam for one of their sweetest annual traditions on the farm—honey harvesting.

The HGTV queen, 46, along with husband, Chip, 49, and their two sons—6-year-old Crew, and his often-under-the-radar big brother, 16-year-old Duke—showed off the process of gathering honey. From suiting up in beekeeper outfits, to scraping honey off of the comb, to jarring the finished product, the video gives fans quite the glimpse of the family tradition.

She captioned the video, “My favorite day of the year on the farm—Honey harvest day!”

Last year, it was just Joanna and Crew taking on the honey harvest. The duo dressed head-to-toe in their beekeeper gear, ready to collect that golden goodness, in a video shared at the time. Crew showed zero fear as he got right up close and personal with the bees.

The Magnolia founder summed up the moment perfectly in her caption: “Honey Harvest on the farm 8/26. Grateful for the ten gallons of beautiful, golden honey! Well done, you amazing little bees.”

This year’s honey-filled adventure follows the family’s vacay in St. Lucia, where Joanna shared a rare glimpse into their getaway. The montage was packed with sweet moments—Crew all geared up for snorkeling with his big bro, a selfie of Joanna and Chip looking as in love as ever, plus beach walks, jungle treks, a waterfall visit and more.

Joanna’s always giving us a behind-the-scenes look at life on the farm.

In another video with her boys, she showed off their plum-picking prowess and turned the harvest into what looks like a batch of homemade plum jam. Set to the dreamy vibes of Eddie Vedder’s “Dream A Little Dream,” she captioned the clip, “So far, it's been a plum good summer.”

Honestly, Joanna's life on the farm is the ultimate inspo.
