Not a Drill: Alan Cumming Just Revealed the ‘The Traitors’ Season 3 Cast

Are you already mourning The Traitors? I'm going to start wearing capes à la Alan Cumming and/or cheering when my roommate emerges at breakfast just to keep the spirit of The Traitors alive after season 2, HBU? Thankfully, this isn't the end of the reality competition series. Here's what we know about The Traitors season 3.

The Peacock series–which is based on a Dutch series and has sibling counterparts in the U.K., Australia, France, Canada, Sweden, Spain, Russia, Germany, Hungary, New Zealand, Ireland, Greece and more–made some tweaks in season 2. And we won't have to hold our breath for new details about the addictive series too long after the second season wraps up.

So is The Traitors coming back for season 3?

Yes!! The American version of The Traitors has been renewed for a third season. Peacock confirmed the news this week, also noting that Alan will continue to host the series. (Thank goodness.)

We don't know much else about the next season, but at least we know it's coming.

When is The Traitors season 3 coming out?

Here's a fun fact: Both season 1 and season 2 of The Traitors premiered on January 12, in 2023 and 2024 respectively. If the series is renewed and season 3 doesn't premiere on January 12, 2025, let's just say it'd be a missed opportunity.
