Krispy Kreme Labor Day Deal: How to get a $2 dozen

Labor Day weekend always offers great sales, and Krispy Kreme is celebrating the holiday with discounted doughnuts.

The chain is offering a $2 dozen box of Original Glazed Doughnuts with a purchase of a dozen doughnuts or its 16-count Minis. The offer started Thursday, Aug. 29, and runs through Monday, Sept. 2.

The deal can be redeemed at any participating Krispy Kreme location or ordered online using promo code BOGO2 while supplies last.

The sale comes as Krispy Kreme announced its fall lineup — a tribute to football season — with its first-ever Dr Pepper Kickoff Doughnut.

The glazed doughnut debuted Aug. 23. It is piped with Dr Pepper-flavored frosting and topped with a burgundy sprinkle blend, along with a white chocolate Dr Pepper Logo.

Two other new doughnuts include the Buttercreme Goals Doughnut, dipped in green icing, topped with colorful sprinkles and a yellow buttercream flavored goal post, and the Kreme Filled Football Doughnut, an unglazed doughnut filled with white cream, dripped in chocolate icing and decorated as a football.
