“Law & Order: SVU”'s BD Wong and Stephanie March Pose for 'A Very Happy Reunion'

BD Wong and Stephanie March are back in the Big Apple!

On Wednesday, Sept. 18, the former Law & Order: SVU stars posed for an Instagram selfie while spending time in their old stomping grounds.

“Today not far from the NY Courthouse,” Wong, 63, began in his caption. Wong portrayed George Huang, the resident psychiatrist for the Special Victims Unit, on the long-running crime drama. March, 50, starred as Assistant District Attorney Alex Cabot.

"George Huang and Alex Cabot had a very happy reunion with their great friend Jack who took them to a magical new little gem of a restaurant," the actor added.

“Incredible food at @mostradornyc and the best company imaginable. So much catching up,” Wong concluded.

Wong's Instagram carousel contained three selfies with March, both smiling in each one.

Law & Order: SVU first aired in 1999 and has run 25 seasons. Season 26 is set to air this fall.

Original cast members included the iconic duo — Detectives Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay) and Elliot Stabler (Christopher Meloni), as well as the late Richard Belzer who played Detective (and later Sergeant) John Munch and Dann Florek as Captain Donald Cragen. Fin Tutuola (Ice-T) was introduced in season 2 and has been on the show ever since.

Wong’s first appearance on the show was during season 2, but he wasn’t cast as a series regular until season 4 — staying with Law & Order: SVU for 10 years, plus guest appearances in seasons 13 through 17.

March appeared on the show from 2000 to 2003 before a case forced her into witness protection, thus ending her run on the series. However, she did have several cameos afterward.

Danny Pino, Kelli Giddish and Peter Scanavino also joined the Dick Wolf-created series in later seasons. The season 26 cast includes Ice-T, Hargitay, Scanavino, Kevin Cane and Octavio Pisano.

While speaking to PEOPLE in July ahead of her 50th birthday, March shared how her witness protection storyline sparked a change in her real life.

In 2010, Cabot left her position as the assistant district attorney to go to the Democratic Republic of Congo after a case convinced her to help women and girls who were being sexually exploited in Africa.

"I remember it very clearly. And it was kind of stuck in my head at the time. And so I have to believe that to some degree, everything happens for a reason. That's part of the reason I was so interested in the Panzi Foundation,” March told PEOPLE.

The organization seeks to end the use of sexual violence as a weapon of war, and supports survivors in the DRC.

"I felt like my passion really was to advocate for women and girls who are survivors of sexual violence, and how sexual violence deprives us of our body autonomy and often our legal rights and our right to work," March, who also serves on the board of the Panzi Foundation, added.

Law & Order: SVU season 26 begins Oct. 3 on NBC.
