Barry Keoghan Shows Sabrina Carpenter Some Social Media Love amid Breakup Rumors

The "Espresso" singer and 'Saltburn' actor first sparked dating rumors in late 2023

Sabrina Carpenter and Barry Keoghan's romance is just that sweet!

Hours after DeuxMoi reported that the couple had gone their separate ways five months after taking their romance public, Keoghan, 31, seemingly shut the rumors down by liking the "Espresso" singer's latest Instagram post.

The post showed the sultry cover for Carpenter's Short n' Sweet Bonus Track LP, which features the pop star, 25, posing in sexy baby blue lingerie and heels. Reps for Carpenter and Keoghan have not responded to PEOPLE's requests for comment.

According to E! News, the pop star and actor reportedly first crossed paths during Paris Fashion Week in September 2023 when they both attended a Givenchy show. By early December 2023, Carpenter and Keoghan sparked romance rumors when they were seen grabbing dinner together in Los Angeles.

In February 2024, the pair appeared to “soft launch” their relationship at W magazine, Mark Ronson, and Gucci's Grammys afterparty. While they posed separately on the red carpet, they appeared to cozy up inside the event. Later that month, Carpenter and Keoghan were seen sharing a kiss in Los Angeles after grabbing dinner at Nobu.

By early March, the Dunkirk actor showed his support for Carpenter in the VIP section while she opened for Taylor Swift's Eras Tour in Singapore. Also that month, Carpenter and Keoghan made their red carpet debut as a couple at the Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty, posing side-by-side before snapping a photo together.

In April, Keoghan was seen taping Carpenter on his phone as she performed her set at Coachella, and in May, the pair attended the Met Gala. While they didn't walk the red carpet together, Keoghan and Carpenter joined forces at the top of the stairs before entering the event.

Just days later, a source told PEOPLE that Keoghan threw Carpenter a party at DUMBO House in Brooklyn. According to the insider, the "Feather" artist blew out her candles before sharing a sweet kiss with Keoghan.

In June,The Banshees of Inisherinactor costarred in Carpenter's music video for "Please Please Please." The video features Carpenter and Keoghan in a Bonnie and Clyde romance as the actor continuously gets himself into trouble with the law.

She even cheekily referenced his profession in the beginning lyrics, singing, "I heard that you're an actor, so act like a stand-up guy."
