Chrissy Teigen Showed Off Her Surgery Scars in a Low-Cut LBD During Date Night

Chrissy Teigen always keeps it real, whether she’s sharing unedited bikini pics or opening up about the plastic surgery procedures she’s had done. The model and social media personality, who previously revealed that she got her breast implants taken out in 2008, gave her followers a glimpse at her surgical scars on Tuesday while getting ready for a “very rare” date night out with John Legend.

Wearing a low-cut black dress that plunged almost to her belly button, Teigen had her “boobies out, scars out,” as she candidly told her fans in a short video shared to her Instagram Story on August 13. As the Cravings: All Together author prepared to head out on the town with her husband, she showed off different angles of her sultry LBD in a selfie video, saying, “date night, very rare, but it happens.”

Teigen also addressed the scars that she’d gotten from her plastic surgery procedure, revealing that she’d chosen to pair her black silk slip dress with a gold body chain to cover them up.

“Wear a body chain, it hides it, kind of," she added. The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit beauty paired her date-night outfit by styling her ombré locks in loose waves and adding a smokey eye and nude lip.

It’s not the first time Teigen has gotten candid about getting breast enhancement surgery, previously revealing she’d had her “boobs done three times” while playing a game of “The Lives Have It” on a January 29 episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen. The lifestyle entrepreneur later clarified to Cohen and Below Deck’s Kate Chastain,

“I’ve had a lift, a put in, a take them out," she said. "I don’t like them out. I feel like the boob job thing is never going to come back around and now no one’s going to know.”

However, it's clear the star has zero shame about getting work done, as she also called attention to her post-operation scars back in March while sharing a photo of her slaying in a completely sheer corseted dress.

"When the flash hits your boob lift scars 🔥🔥🔥," Teigen captioned the photo.

While Teigen has been open about her breast implant regrets, telling Glamour U.K. in a 2020 interview that she was “screwed” after she had kids, the notoriously forthright star revealed that she was a fan of another cosmetic procedure in a September 2021 Instagram story.

“I did that Dr. Diamond buccal fat removal thing here,” she said at the time, showing off her new look. “I’m really seeing the results, and I like it. No shame in my Dr. Diamond game.”
