When you’re not dodging customers parking their cars outside, wading through the crowded food court seating area or patiently waiting your turn to use the self checkout kiosk, Costco can be a fairly pleasant shopping experience. Sure, you might get side-checked by a soccer mom in the bakery department, or beat out by a mob of hungry patrons at a sample counter. But that’s just part of Costco’s unique charm.

The thing is, when a hot item hits the shelves at everybody’s favorite bulk retailer, things can get a bit hectic for the average shopper who may be inexperienced with Costco as a whole. And the second that hot item gets shared to the masses online, well, you can consider your chances of snagging it to be slimming by the minute. Which honestly explains the feeling of excitement and anxiety in the air upon every visit.

While there are plenty of items to get the fans going, the latest must-have offering has already made a name for itself online, officially gracing the main feed of our favorite retail happenings reporter, Costco Hot Finds. Always on the case, Laura Lamb recently shared a limited Costco offering that she discovered only to be available at select warehouse locations: Fruity Cookie Bites.

Created by Rolling Pin Baking Co., Fruity Cookie Bites come in a 14-ounce bag and are a thin, cookie-shaped crisp that is both gluten free and an excellent source of protein and fiber. At Costco, each bag retails for $9.89, which is a $5 discount from the price per bag on the official Rolling Pin Snacks site. These cookies are the perfect crunchy snack while on the go, hanging out at home or as a pack-along with lunch. They will leave you feeling satisfied and energized after each serving, rather than weigh you down in the middle of the day.

“They make me want to pour milk all over them and eat them with a big spoon,” Laura says in her video. “They are thin, crunchy and so good.”

Customers can find bags of these tasty crunchy treats at warehouse locations in the Midwest, Northeast and Northwest of the United States. They will only be available for a limited time, so if you’re lucky enough to still have them in stock near you, be sure to grab an extra bag on your way out. Try not to eat the entire bag in one sitting though; A serving is about 7-8 cookies and there are 5 grams protein, 6 grams fiber and 150 calories per serving.
