Hold up—did Selena Gomez just drop the biggest hint ever that she and Benny Blanco are engaged? If her latest Instagram Story is any clue, it sure looks that way.
Gomez, 32, got fans buzzing when she shared a cryptic photo on her Instagram Stories on Thursday, August 8. In the snap, she’s serving up some serious glam in a champagne-colored midi dress, snapping a mirror selfie in what looks like a cozy bathroom setting. Blanco, 36, is seen hanging out in the background, totally barefoot and rocking some funky floral pants with a casual white tank top.
Where things get interesting, though, is in the snapshot, the Only Murders in the Building star decided to cover her left hand’s ring finger—yes, the one where engagement rings go—with a heart emoji. Alongside the mysterious heart emoji, she simply captioned the photo: “A night out.”

Back in May, Blanco got super real about his feelings for Gomez, who he’d been dating for nearly a year at the time, during an interview on The Howard Stern Show. He was all about settling down, talking about how having kids was his “next goal.”
The producer gushed about his relationship, saying, “I don’t know a world where it can be better than this.”
When Stern teased that marriage might be on the horizon, Benny didn’t even blink before agreeing, “You and me both.” He was all in on the idea but admitted he had a few things to sort out before popping the question. “I don’t have anything,” he said when asked if he’d bought an engagement ring yet. “I got to get my act together.”
So, did Blanco finally get his act together and put a ring on it? Neither of the stars have admitted anything publicly as of yet, however, there is no shortage of adorable snapshots of the couple.
Gomez shared several photos of the two together in an Instagram post on August 8. The carousel included a selfie that the pair took together, a shot of the two snuggled up on the couch and a short clip of the duo hugging with the serene beach and ocean in the background.
Keeping things simple, Gomez left the post captionless.
