The iconic villain is making his way back, this time on our TV screens in a continuation of Matt Reeves' Batman universe that brings back Colin Farrell in the role as he continues to try to make a name for himself in the big city after the events of the original movie. When does The Penguin season 1 premiere?
The Batman spin-off officially premiered on September 19, 2024 on both HBO and Max. Fans were able to tune in both on the original cable channel and the streaming service, depending on they had or preferred to watch it on.

When does the next episode of The Penguin drop?
The Penguin is following a traditional HBO drop schedule so one new episode will be released every single week, however, there's a bit of a twist. While the show's first episode did drop on a Sunday, there's a bit of a break until the second which will be released on September 29. After that, the show will keep its traditional time slot of Sundays at 9 PM ET.
