Fans Are 'Obsessed' With Demi Lovato's New Summer Hair Color

If you decided to swap your dark hair for a more sun-kissed shade this summer, you're definitely not alone—even celebs are going golden for the warmer weather. In a recent Instagram post, Demi Lovato debuted their stunning new honey blonde bob, and fans enthusiastically approve.

Lovato posted a series of photos, beginning with a shot where their hair is dark brown, with instructions to "swipe for new hair color." One photo shows just the ends dyed a lighter color, while the fully blonde look is revealed in a selfie where Lovato wears sunglasses and a black top.

One commenter wrote that they were "obsessed" with the updated shade, with another professing to "love the new blonde." Lovato's latest look was also called "gorgeous" and "beautiful."

As People reported, Lovato is known for being a "hair chameleon" and recently partnered with haircare brand OGX. Over the past several months, the pop star has shown off a variety of different hairstyles, including a dimensional caramel balayage with side-swept bangs created by hairdresser Rena Calhoun.

Lovato also made headlines for their hair at the 2024 Met Gala, where the star's hair was sleek, straight, waist-length, and still very dark.

Lovato's hair isn't the only recent change they made to their appearance. In May, the singer got a new tattoo dedicated to her mom, Dianna De La Garza. As she explained in a TikTok video, she was inked with the phrase “I love you more" written in her mom’s handwriting on her arm.
