Sabrina Carpenter hit the VMAs 2024 red carpet last night in a showstopping, sequin- and crystal-encrusted, vintage Bob Mackie gown (previously worn by Madonna circa 1991, no biggie) and needless to say, she's up there on our list of the very best-dressed celebs of the night. And really, it was her glam that really pulled the entire look together. Her iconic blush! Her berry lip! Her bouncy, Marilyn Monroe-esque hair! Her perfect, perfect lashes! It's giving very much "Happy Birthday, Mr. President," no?
