Jeremy Renner Offers Health Update 10 Months After Near-Fatal Accident

Just over 10 months since he was nearly killed by his snow plow in a New Year's Day accident, Jeremy Renner is offering fans a new update on his healing journey.

After being released from the hospital mere weeks after breaking over 30 bones when he was pulled under the track of his plow, he posted fairly regular updates as he rested at home, pushed himself in physical therapy, and got back on his feet, but it's been over two months since he last gave a glimpse into his recovery.

On the evening of Nov. 6, just before midnight EST, the 52-year-old returned to Instagram with his latest thoughts on healing, revealing a number of the therapies he's given a shot since Jan. 14, 2023—and what's helped him the most.

Every day since then, he wrote that he's had "countless hours" of physical therapy sessions, peptide injections, IV drips, stem cell and exosomes, infrared therapy, sessions in a hyperbaric chamber, cold plunges, and more.

But none of the above have helped him improve more than his will.

"My greatest therapy has been my mind and the will to be here and push to recover and be better…. Be exceptional…" he continued. "I feel it’s my duty to do so. Not to squander my life being spared , but to give back to my family, friends, and all of you whom have empowered me to endure . I thank you all."

Alongside the look into his lengthy list of therapies, Renner posted what appears to be a selfie of the Marvel star lying shirtless on an outdoor lounger wearing an infrared therapy mask, though some of the image is obscured by a bandaged heart emoji.

He also added the hashtag "#loveandtitanium," referencing a selection of music he wrote inspired by his healing journey.
